1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

United States
Canada

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders under $200: Flat shipping fee of $50
Orders over $200: Free shipping — no hidden fees

3. Order Processing Time

In-stock items: 2–5 business days
Custom / made-to-order items (e.g., carbon fiber steering wheels): 7–15 business days

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
Customers are responsible for any applicable fees required by their local customs authorities
Additional surcharges may apply to remote areas

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

7. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Due to the fragile nature of carbon fiber, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Damage claims: Must be reported with photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery
Lost packages: Claims must be filed within 7 days after the estimated delivery date
